1917 Airplane Pilot Rules Booklet

Description

This is a booklet published ny the Department of Commerce. It has a 1917 printing date and is titled "Pilot Rules for Certain inland waters of the Pacific, Atlantic and Gulf Coasts. Considering the Wright Brothers first plane took off in 1903 this booklet isn't to far behind that. It has 32 pages. I took a picture of the contents page so you can see what's inside. The staples of this booklet were rusting and damaging the book so they were removed and the pages are loose but all are present. Has some age stains throughout. Measures about 6 x 9 inches.
