This McDonald's promotion ran from July 23, 2004 to August 17, 2004.  There are 12 individual characters that were packaged individually and given to customers who purchased a Happy Meal.
Red colored Bear with a Silver Cone Shaped party hat that has multicolored tassels
He also has a Yellow ribbon at his neck and a White 25 Years of Happiness patch on his chest
He has Black embroidered eyes & nose
He has a White Tush Tag dated 2004
He has Swing Tag that is a single layer - it has a front and a back
He Measures approx 5.5" tall
He is filled with Polyester Fiber & Polypropylene Pellets
The Bear
is in Mint Condition, with Mint Tags.
