This listing is for one genuine Hag Stone collected on the shores of the Pacific Ocean. This fella is quite an ocean catch! Quite literally:) With tons of sea life remnants still remaining-from white and dark patches of sea plants that once used to adhere to the surface to a few shells still stuck inside the holes. The stone also contains two complete through-holes as well. The surface of this stone is naturally tumbled smooth by the ocean but it does have a very raw and rugged feel to it. It is photographed dry. The rock weighs approximately 3.5 ounces.

In old Europe, the Hag Stone is especially used as a favorite talisman by cunning folk to dispel the evil eye. Additionally, these stones are believed to dispel evil dreams and are often hung over the bed to catch and ward off nightmares.
