    Description

    Four-page (not counting the covers) thread-bound booklet measuring approx. 3 1/4 in. by 5 1/8 in. when closed.
    Issued to Chung Baek Bae of Pasadena, California, Pastor of the “Nung Kwang Church” according to this document – I’m pretty sure it should have said Sung Kwang Church according to my online search for “Nung Kwang” which doesn’t come up.
    This also appears to have had some use for car renting, because the man’s photo is attached to a Hertz ID number, and there’s a small Avis tag inside as well.
    Condition
    – bottom corners of the front cover are curled up; mild general wear and soil otherwise.
