    Description

    A scholarly historical publication,
The American Aviation Historical Society (AAHS) Journal
details the development and history of all iterations of civil and military aviation.
    AAHS Journal
has been published since the Spring 1956. It features articles on rare aircraft types, US pilots, airlines, aircraft markings, and many other topics, such as
copters, lighter-than-air, aerial warfare, airframes / powerplants and famous (and infamous) personalities.
It typically publishes approximately 100 pages in each issue, illustrated with b+w photos, color illustrations and scale drawings.
Broad historical coverage of civilian & military aircraft & aviation.
The American Aviation Historical Society was founded in 1956 as a non-profit making educational organization. The primary objective of the organization is the preservation and dissemination of the rich heritage of American aviation. In addition to the
    AAHS Journal
    quarterly, AAHS publishes the
    AAHS Newsletter
    [ISSN: 0300-6875]
which provides information on interesting and often little known facts associated with American aviation.
    ISSN: 0882-9365
    Please note
: I've included a scan of the table of contents for issue-specific information.  Please contact me should you have other questions.
Hello everyone! - please read below
I continue to winnow from my personal collection duplicate and/or unwanted airline/airport annual reports, books, magazines & timetables. Also, as is typical for most collectors, I've acquired many other items through happenstance. Thus, occasionally I'll list other forms of airline ephemera such as sick bags, playing cards, ticket jackets, etc.
Note regarding magazines, periodicals & timetables
    - Occasionally, listings will be for fairly aged items. Therefore, a standard disclaimer will apply for such items in that there may be corner / edge wear, bent corners ("dogears"), chipping, tears, toning from oxidation. Where appropriate, significant defects will receive specific mention & documentation.
    International purchasers are welcomed
    !
However, some countries have import restrictions that may prevent the purchase of certain items.  Please contact me with your expression of interest.  Otherwise, I can provide a shipping cost (and other pertinent details) for your destination country prior to committing to purchase.
    IMPORTANT NOTE
:  Prior to committing to purchase, check with the Customs office of your country to determine if there will be additional costs associated with import duties or surcharges.  Any such charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Additionally, your EBay purchase will not be declared as a 'gift' on U.S. Customs' form(s).
