Aircraft Starter Cartridge/Casing 7 1/4" high vintage

Description

This is a Vintage Aircraft Starter Cartridge or Casing
It is Brass and measures 7 1/4" high
It needs cleaning and has Verdigris inside the Casing
On the bottom of the empty casing is written:
CART ELEC ENG START RLB 67/19, and below 2 GD 69
In black ink is written:  No 9 MK2
On the side of the casing can be faintly seen:  LOT 5 7/69 GD
