    These power supply covers are a tight fit for the XPR5550-5580 and XPR4550-4580 radios. They work best if you slide the radio into the hole from the rear of the cover, plastic faceplate first after removing the cover from the power supply. If you try to slide the body of the radio in first from the front of the cover, the radios will inevitably hang up in the grove between the plastic radio faceplate and the aluminum chassis.
