Description

Nice Barite (lot of 2) from Sterling, Weld County, Colorado.  Former Michigan College of Mines collection, c. 1892-1905.  Largest specimen approximately 1.6 x 0.75 inches.  Total specimen approximately 37.7 grams.
An Engineer's Scale (10ths) and a U. S. A. 25 cent piece (quarter) are included normally in at least one picture used in the auction.
Most minerals will be shipped Flat Rate Priority Mail unless they do not readily fit into the boxes or are too heavy.  Smaller specimens and some specimens selling for less than  may be shipped via First Class United States Postal Service in a bubble mailer envelope however, please note that any items that weigh (item and packaging) 10 oz (284 grams) or more have to be shipped Priority Mail.
