Shipping discount will be as follows: 1st item - full rate, each additional item ships for only 0.75 .

We gladly accept returns within 14 days for items which are described incorrectly. Sorry we are unable to offer refunds for buyer remorse. You will offer an EXCHANGE for the same pin if the problem is on our end that is as long as the same pin is available. If not we will handle on a case by case basis to offer a substitute of equal value or a refund, not to include shipping and handling. Buyer is responsible for return postage with delivery confirmation. Returns require authorization prior to shipment or they will be refused. We package your item with the utmost care.
