This radio is presumed to be in working condition when removed from service by the local law enforcement unit. It is from a lot of radios purchased when cleaning out the maintenance departments tech/communications workshop. I am not a radio tech and am unable to do any testing of this radio. Because I am unable to test, it is being sold as "parts or repair".
