    This coin has two primary flaws- first, a weak strike that prevented the metal from fully filling in the die on the back of Nero's head. Secondly, an apparent die clash (an incuse impression of Nero's nose and lips can be seen in front of Securitas on pictures 5 and 6) caused the reverse to be weakly struck in the center.
