The item for sale is a
Motorola MCS2000 High Power VHF Radio
146-174 MHz - 110 Watts - 160 Channels
Radio is in excellent condition; includes model III control head w/mounting bracket, transceiver w/mounting bracket, microphone, speaker w/mounting bracket, control head cable and power cable w/fuse.
Also includes accessory connector wired for the external speaker that is supplied and transceiver mounting hardware.
To be used as a base station buyer will need to add a base antenna and a 35 amp 12 volt power supply to power the radio.
The MCS 2000 makes a very nice base station, it has a tight front end and with the addition of a 3dB antenna can achieve upwards of 200 watts ERP.
Note this unit is sold AS IS NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!
