    These have the volume control on top of the microphone (Up/Down volume) as well as a 3.5mm surveillance earpiece jack.
    These are for use in high noise environments or heavy weather conditions, excellent for factories or fire service.
    These will work on the XPR6300, 6350, 6550, 7350, 7550, 7580, 6580, and many many more of the XPR series radios.
    Tested and working good, no cracked anything and all are clean.
