I purchased these radios from a Motorola dealer who took them in on trade when they installed a new system.  Since the dealer doesn't sell used radios, ESPECIALLY KENWOOD I was able to get a great deal on these radios.
We have tested these radios - they look Good and operate Great!
These radios have only recently been removed from service.  These radios only show normal wear including scratching and scuffing and keypad wear.  The housings are not cracked or engraved.  The displays are fully functioning.
