** From what I can tell this pin is definitely vintage and I think it's new but I'm not 100% for sure. It doesn't really have signs of wear but you can tell it has some age. It's hard to tell from the pics but on the back there is a little oxidation starting to form. I have no doubt it can be easily removed with vinegar or some other cleaner. **
