    Description

    To be honest, I'm not sure exactly what this is.  It looks like a small telegraph key with a lightning arrestor (?), mounted on a porcelain base which measures about 2.5" x 2.25".  The steel parts are rusty, and the key itself moves a bit but could probably use a good soaking in penatrating oil.  I have not tried to soak it, loosen it, etc.  It's in as-found condition.  Notice one porcelain chip on the back corner of the base.  Hopefully you collectors will know exactly that it is and where it was used.   I will ship priority mail, carefully packed.
