Vintage Tamiya West German Leopard A4 1/16 Tank Super RARE 56002

Very rare early-model Tamiya Leopard R4 tank.  This is the model that came with metal tracks that had to be assembled one at a time.  I received this model as a gift when I was a kid.  I built the model but never could afford the battery pack that went in it. I ran the chassis  once with disposable batteries--maybe about 5 minutes--and it sat on my shelf and in storage for the last 45 years. Yes, that's right--a one owner tank!
The rear plastic plate is missing along with a metal bar that supports the body of the tank on the chassis--easy to fabricate. There are miscellaneous plastic pieces missing as well.
The tank treads are complete.  All of the torsion bars are present.  The motor and clutches look as new.
I intentionally did not try to dust or clean this tank in any way to avoid causing more damage.  I've included some miscellaneous parts that broke off during storage--what you see in the photographs is 100% of everything included.
