One Natural Heart-shaped Hole Beach Stone, coquinoid sandstone.
Surf tumbled by the tides and time.
Sustainably wild caught by me along the shores of the Treasure Coast.
The stone is 1 1/2" x 2" x 1/4" thick.
It's a beach hag stone with a 3rd hole, it’s a heart-shaped hole.
The heart hole is over 1/8" across the top of the lobes.
The larger round hag hole easily accommodates the 6 gage (approx 1/8”) wire.
This stone is shades of gray.  It is smooth and rounded on all edges.
The stone in the photos is the one you will receive.

Hag stones have occupied myth and magic folklore for centuries.
But what are Hag Stones? Hag stones are stones that have a
naturally occurring hole inside them. These stones are often found
along the coastal points, beaches, and streams. These holes occur
from the elements beating down upon them over many years.
There are also speculations that these mysterious stones may have
been formed by a “worm hole”. A Hag stone is also known as a
Witch Stone or Adder Stone or Holey Stone and has quite a bit of
lore and many magical properties associated with them.  Part of the
folklore is that if you look through the holes you can see fairies.
